    Social Media Video Production

With billions of daily users across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, these sites are the most popular places to hang out online. If you want your business to be an authority in your industry, sharing professionally produced videos via social media ads is a valuable, fun, and engaging way to boost your brand’s relevance!

    Social Media Video Ads

When it comes to social media marketing, getting likes and shares is no longer the main goal. Instead, these social networks are the perfect place to acquire new clients and engage with your loyal following. And the most effective way to do that is through the use of social media video.

Did you know high-quality Facebook video posts receive an average of 135% more organic reach than photos? Not only are these videos more engaging, but social platforms also give them priority in their newsfeed algorithms.

These videos are designed with the intent to promote your products, services, company, and overall brand. As you incorporate Instagram and Facebook video ads into your marketing strategy, you’ll be able to share them with your current followers or gear them toward a target audience through paid ads on social media.

When posting ads on social media, you should avoid being too “salesy” or throwing a hard sales pitch at the viewer. Instead, focus on using videos that catch attention and lead viewers into the earliest stages of your marketing funnel. Videos on these networks should be all about increasing exposure, building your audience, and engaging with your customer base.

Paid vs. Organic Social Media Video Posts

Here at Top Notch Cinema, we offer two types of social media video production for you: Paid Ads and Organic Posts. Our team has found both can be immensely effective when used properly with the right kind of videos.

    Social Media Paid Video Ads

The use of paid advertising on social media gives you the ability to choose a specific target audience you’d like your content to reach. These campaigns allow you to set key demographics including age, gender, location, education, and many others. The main goal is to get your message in front of the right people who have the greatest potential to purchase your product or service.

This type of video content is usually informational and runs at anywhere from 60 seconds or less to be the most effective. While organic posts run the risk of becoming lost among the thousands of shares from friends and family, paid advertising on social media guarantees your video a place in the user’s newsfeed.

    Organic Social Media Video Posts

Unlike paid advertisements, an organic social media strategy involves sharing content via status updates with people who already follow your social profiles. Whether you already have a large following or you’re presently trying to build it up, you’ll need a lot of photo and video content to keep your audience engaged and have a better chance of showing up as they’re scrolling.

Keep in mind, your social media organic reach doesn’t stop at those who have liked or followed your page. It has the potential to extend to every friend of your followers with each time they share a piece of content from your posts. So even if you only have a few hundred followers, you should still be sharing organic content that could reach thousands of people worldwide within the network of your followers.

    Post Videos Regularly

While the volume of content you share for each type of social media video marketing campaign will be different, it is important to maintain consistency with regular posts being shared as often as you can. Each of these videos should be created with a high-quality, engaging look that instantly captures attention and stops viewers from scrolling through their newsfeed.

To fill this need for regular content, Top Notch Cinema produces anywhere from 6-12 months worth of social media videos with a limited amount of time on your part. Each video we create will be custom-tailored to fit the specific social media platform it will be shared on.

How to Optimize Videos for Social Networks

    • Keep Them Short: For social media video production to be effective, ads should be kept short and sweet. Depending on the platform, these videos should be 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or up to 60 seconds at the most.
    • Engaging Visuals: Nearly 85% of video content on Facebook is viewed with no sound. To ensure your content is seen, it must be visually appealing and either tell the story without audio or include captions.
    • Format Properly: Every social media network has specific formatting guidelines for the content shared on their sites. It’s important to make sure each video is the proper file type, fits the recommended dimensions, and maintains its aspect ratio.
    • Simple Call-to-Action: The main intent behind each video should be to get the viewer to complete a simple action. This can be a CTA such as clicking a link to learn more or filling out a basic contact information form.

Benefits of Using Social Media Video Production

Over 8 billion videos are watched on Facebook every day. YouTube? More than 5 billion a day. If you’re running a social media campaign to help boost your business, these numbers are added proof that video is the way to go.

Hiring a trustworthy social media video production company isn’t just about making your business look cool (although it definitely helps!). As you share these clips on social platforms, you’ll see numerous benefits that make a positive impact on your company.

    • Reach larger audiences
    • Boost other marketing campaigns
    • More engagement on your posts
    • Increase brand awareness
    • Direct traffic to your website or blog
    • Easier for viewers to remember you

Albert was an animation with some live-action shots integrated into the video. We hired voiceover for “The Machine”, which was Albert. We did a longer form viral video for them along with a series of shorter videos, all of which were distributed throughout social media. Though it was an animation, they requested an edgier tone to the video, even including some profanity mainly because it fit in with the company’s target audience.

The company, covered by 350 media outlets, used the video we created for them as part of their PR kit, making it the focal point to communicate exactly what their company offered. The founder wanted an edgier tone to draw in their demographic. The video was visual and dark, all while showcasing Golf’s patent-protected product, focusing on the cool propriety technology associated with that product.

“Point blank… Hiring Top Notch Cinema to do my firm’s commercial was the best marketing decision I ever made. My biggest fear was paying for and getting another one of those corny law firm commercials. Top Notch Cinema calmed my fears and immediately went to work with an efficient, cost effective strategy. I gave them a brief description of what i wanted and they turned my vision into commercial gold. They put a face to the firm I have worked tirelessly to build, and my clients have noticed. Time and time again I get compliments upon initial intake of clients.”

“I had interviewed many videographers before choosing to go with Top Notch Cinema. From the moment I spoke with Greg, I knew that he was the person to meet the challenge. I had looked at sample videos from videographers from bigger production companies with more years of experience, but TNC’s samples were just, well… better. A lot better. Greg really knows how to be resourceful and use creativity to make your video look and sound far above its budget. He put so much enthusiasm, passion, and attention to detail into my video. One last thing worthy of mentioning. Greg is someone that focuses on the solution. He is a can-do guy and will never tell you about a problem or limitation without suggesting a solution. I eagerly look forward to hiring TNC for my next video project.”

“Top Notch Cinema talks the talk and walks the walk! Their company name speaks volumes for the kind of service they provide- Top Notch- from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure to work with their team. As I am someone with no experience in this venue, they did the perfect amount of hand holding while still adding their expertise to ensure we ended up with the best product possible. Communication was effortless even though we live on opposite sides of the country. Responsive and professional. They were spot on with their timeline and held true to every commitment with a meeting or chat. We absolutely love the video they created and are certain that it will be hugely beneficial to our growth and visibility. Can’t say enough good things about them! Thanks to everyone.”
